In this video we present a case study on the Boeing 737 MAX. There were two recent crashes causing mass fatalities with regards to the Boeing 737 MAX. After giving detailed background on this case, we pose the question: Who is responsible for these crashes? Hopefully, through the corresponding activity in the video, students will be able to see that answering this question is not simple and that in actuality, there is an entire web of relationships that collectively caused this system failure.
