Tshechen chonyen Dawa, "The Full Moon," is a boedra song. The traditional tune is still sung by today's generations in order to preserve the tradition. "The Full Moon" is sung during festivals, new year celebrations, and at private occasions. The song signifies the enlightening power of the sun over the darkness of the universe, allowing living beings to be peaceful and happy.
