Tashi Dema from Pang village in Tashiyangtse district sings a Boedra song called "Pungthang Dechen", which she learned from her father. It was composed to show the importance of the lhakhang (temples) and great lamas in Bhutan.
༉ བཀྲ་ཤིས་གཡང་རྩེ་སྤང་ལས་ཨིན་མི་བཀྲ་ཤིས་སྒྲོལ་མ་གིས་ དུས་རབས་ཁལ་གཅིག་པའི་ནང་བརྩམས་ཏེ་ཡོད་པའི་གླུ་གཞས་ སྤུངས་ཐང་བདེ་ཆེན་ཆགས་པའི་ནང་ཤེད་ན། །ཟེར་མི་འདི་འཐེན་ཏེ་ཡོདཔ་ད་ གླུ་གཞས་འདི་ གཙོ་བོ་ར་ ང་བཅས་ར་འབྲུག་རྒྱལ་ཁབ་ནང་བཀའ་དྲིན་ཅན་གྱི་བླམ་དང་མི་དབང་འབྲུག་རྒྱལ་བཞི་པ་མཆོག་ལུ་གུས་བཏུད་སྦེ་བརྩམས་པའི་བོད་སྒྲའི་གླུ་གཞས་ཅིག་ཨིན་མས། འབྲུག་རྒྱལ་ཁབ་ཀྱི་ས་གནས་ག་ཏེ་ཡང་འཐེན་སྲོལ་ཡོད་པའི་ཡོངས་གྲགས་ཅན་གྱི་གླུ་གཞས་འདི་གིས་ དམིགས་བསལ་གྱིས་ ས་གནས་རྩ་ཅན་ཚུ་བསྟོདཔ་མ་ཚད་ འདི་བ་ལྷགཔ་སྦེ་ ས་གནས་ནང་བཞུགས་ཏེ་ཡོད་པའི་བདག་པོ་ཚུ་ལུ་བསྟོདཔ་ཨིན་མི་དེ་ཡང་ དཔེར་ན་ བདེ་ཆེན་ཆོས་གླིང་བསམས་ནས་ཡོང་བ་མིན། །མི་དབང་རྒྱལ་པོ་བསམས་ནས་ཡོང་བ་ཡིན་ཟེར་ དམིགས་བསལ་གྱིས་གང་ཟག་ལུ་བསྟོདཔ་ཨིན་པས།
