An account of Neykhang in Changmi village was founded by an unknown spiritual master while few elderly men had been at the site. The spiritual master appeared at the site from no where and informed that the place should be considered as sacred as per the order of Guru Rinpoche. Hence, the master conduceted special ritual and severl marvellous incident occured during the time. Thus, the place was blessed by Guru Rinpoche through an unknown spiritual master and it was considered as sacred site.

    ཏེ་ ད་ དོན་ཚན་གཉིས་པ་ནང་ལུ་ ང་གིས་ང་བཅས་འཆང་མི་ནང་ ཡར་གྱི་གནས་ཁང་འདི་ག་དེ་སྦེ་གནས་ཁང་ཟེར་ བཏགས་དགོཔ་ཨིན་ན་ཟེར་བ་ཅིན། ཨ་ནཱི་གིས་སྐོར་ལས་ ང་གིས་ ང་གིས་ཤེས་མི་ཅིག་ཞུ་ནི། ཏེ་ ཨ་ནི་ཱག་དེ་སྦེ་བཏགས་ཡི་ཟེར་བ་ཅིན་ ང་བཅས་འཆང་མི་པ་གིས་ཨ་པ། ཏེ་ ཁོང་ཨ་པ་དག་པ་ཅིག་ ཡར་ལུ་ ད་ལྟོ་གནས་ཁང་ཟེར་ས་ལུ་ ཏེ་ མ་པ་གནས་ཁང་ཟེར་རུང།
    In chapter two, I will narrate with the little knowledge I have of how naykhang at changme derieved its name. some men from our villege went, where there is few unshaped stones.

    རྡོ་རང་རོང་མང་པོ་ཅིག་ཡོད་ཟེར་ཞུ་ནི། ཏེ་ རྡོ་ནང་ལུ་ ཨ་པ་ཚུ་ཨ་ནཱ་འགྱོ་སྟེ་སྡོདཔ་ད་ལུ་ བླ་མ་ཅིག་ བླ་མ་ཨིན་ན་ སྒོམ་ཆེན་ཨིན་ན་ ག་ཅི་ཡང་མ་ཤེས་མི་ཅིག་ ག་ཏེ་ལས་བྱོན་བྱོནམ་ཨིན་ན་ ཁོང་ཚུ་གི་ཡང་མ་མཐོངམ་ཅིག་ནང་ བྱོན་ནུག་ཟེར་ཞུ་ནི། ཏེ་ དེ་ལས་ཨ་ནཱ་ལས་བྱོན་ཏེ་ དེ་འཕྲོ་ལས་ དེ་ལས་ཁོ་གིས་ ག་ཅི་གསུང་ཡི་ཟེར་བ་ཅིན།
    The mens were advised by the monk or may be a lay monk where his origin and where about of him is unknown to them.

    ད་རེས་ ང་ གུ་རུ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་གིས་བཀའ་ཨིན། ང་ ནཱ་ལུ་ ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་གནས་ཆགས་ནི་གིས་གནས་ཨ་ནཱ་ལུ་ཆགས་ཟེར་ གུ་རུ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་གིས་ བཀའ་གནང་སྟེ་ཡོད་ཟེར་ ཏེ་ ཁོ་གིས་ཞལ་ལས་ ཨ་ནཱི་སྦེ་གསུང་གསུངམ་ཨིན་མས་ཟེར་ཞུ་ནི། ཏེ་ དེ་ལས་ཁོ་གིས་ ག་དེ་འབད་མཛད་ནུག་ཟེར་བ་ཅིན་ ད་རེས་ཆགས་ནི་གིས་ ཉིནམ་ཡང་ད་རེས་ལེགས་ཤོམ་ཡོད། ཏེ་ ང་བཅས་ནང་ གནས་འདི་སྒོ་ཕྱེ་ནི་ཨིན། ཏེ་ ཁྱོད་ཚུ་ ཁྱོད་ཨ་པ་ཚུ་གིས་ ང་ལུ་ ད་རེས་ཨ་ནཱ་ལུ་ ཚོགས་ཅིག་ཕུལ་དགོ་ཟེར་བླ་མ་གིས་གསུང་ནུག་ཟེར་ཞུ་ནི།
    The monk told the men that he had been advised by the guru Padsambhava to base the sacred place here. He also told them , it was indeed a good day for him to start what has been prophised by Guru rinpoche, and further told them to make a tshog offering here.

    དེ་ལས་ དེ་འཕྲོ་ལས་ ཨ་པ་ཚུ་གིས་ཡང་ ཁ་བཟེད་བཟེདཔ་ཨིན་པས། དེ་ལས་ ཨིན་པས་བླ་མ་གིས་ ཨ་ནཱི་བཟུམ་ ཚོགས་འཁོར་གནང་པ་ཅིན་འདི་ ང་བཅས་ཀྱི་ ཚོགས་ཅིག་འདི་ད་ ཕྱག་ཞུ་གེ་ཟེར། དེ་ལས་ ཨ་ནི་སྦེ་ ཏེ་ བླ་མ་གིས་ གཞན་ལུ་ཡང་མེན། ཆོ་ག་གཞན་བརྐྱབ་ནི་ཡང་མེན། ཆོ་ག་ཟེར་མི་ཡང་ དཀོན་མཆོག་སྤྱི་འདུས་ཟེར་མི་ འབད་དགོ་ཟེར་ ཏེ་ གསུང་ཞིནམ་ལས།
    The people agreed to make the tshog offering as it was asked by the lama. The lama said, apart from others, he will perform kencho-choedued ritual here.

    དེ་ལས་ དཀོན་མཆོག་ཆོས་སྤྱི་འདུས་གིས་ ཏེ་ ཚོགས་འཁོར་བསྐོར་ནུག་ཟུར་ཞུ་ནི། བསྐོར་ཏེ་ ཧ་ལམ་ཚོགས་ལུ་ལྷོད་ད་ལུ་ བླ་མ་ཁོ་རང་སྤྱན་གཉིས་ ཡར་གནམ་ལུ་གཟིགསཔ་ད་ལུ་ གནམ་ལུ་འཇའ་དང་འོད་ གནམ་མེད་ས་མེད་གུར་སྤུབས་ཏེ་ མ་འདྲཝ་ཅིག་ ཡ་མཚན་ཆེ་ཏོག་ཏོག་ཅིག་ འབྱུང་འབྱུངམ་ཨིན་མས་ཟེར་ཞུ་ནི།
    As the lama performs the kencho choedued ritual and when it reached for the time of Tshog offering, the lama witnessed many auspicious signs like appearances of the rainbows as he gazed in the sky.

    ཏེ་ དེ་སྦེ་འབདཝ་ད་ལུ་ བླ་མ་ཁོ་རང་གི་སྤྱན་ལས་གནམ་མེད་ས་མེད་མིག་ཆུ་ ཤར་ར་ར་སྦེ་ དེ་ འབབ་པའི་སྐབས་སུ་ ཏེ་ ཨ་ནཱི་ག་ར་ ང་བཅས་ཀྱི་ ཨ་པ་ཚུ་གིས་ཡང་ གནམ་མཁའ་འཇའ་ཤར་མི་ཡང་མཇལ་ནུག བླ་མ་གི་སྤྱན་ཆབ་ལུ་ ཁོ་ཚུ་གིས་བལྟཝ་ད་ལུ་ བླ་མ་གི་སྤྱན་ཆབ་འདི་ག་ར་ འཇའ་དང་འོད་ བླ་མ་སྤྱན་ཆབ་འབབ་དེས་ཟེར་ ཏེ་ ཨ་ནཱི་སྦེ་ཨིན་མས།
    The people also witnessed the appreance of rainbow in the sky as tears falls down from the lamas eye. The people saw the tears in the eyes of the lama in the form of light and rainbows.

    ཏེ་ ཨ་ནཱ་ལས་ བླ་མ་འདི་ དེ་ལས་ཨ་ནཱི་གསུང་སྟེ་ ཡ་ ད་ ང་གནས་སྒོ་ཕྱེ་ཚར་ཡོདཔ་ཨིན། ཏེ་ ད་ ང་ནཱ་བཞུགས་ནི་ཟེར་གསུང་ནུག དེ་ལས་ ནཱ་བཞུགས་ནི་ཟེར་གསུང་ཚར་ཞིནམ་ལས་ ཏེ་ ཁོང་ཨ་པ་ཚུ་གིས་ ད་ བླ་མ་གིས་འདི་ ནཱ་བཞུགས་ནི་ཨིན་པས། ཏེ་ ང་བཅས་ནང་ གནས་ཁང་ཟེར་ས་ལུ་འདི་ ཕུག་ཐོག་ཁར་ཨིན། ཏེ་ ཆུ་འདི་ག་ཏེ་ཡང་མེད་མི་ས་ཆ་ཅིག་ཨིན།
    The lama told the people that he will stay here as he has already base the area of sacred place. The people became worried as there is no source of water on the hill.

    ཏེ་ ཁོང་ཚུ་གིས་བླ་མ་འདི་ལུ་ཞུ་མ་ཚུགས་པར་ ནང་ན་ལས་ཁོང་ཚུ་གིས་ཨ་ནཱི་འབད་མནོ་ནུག དེ་ལས་ བླ་མ་གིས་མཁྱེན་ཏེ། བླ་མ་གིས་ ག་དེ་འབད་གསུང་ནུག་ཟེར་བ་ཅིན་ ཡ་ ཁྱོད་ཚུ་ཨ་ནཱ་ལས་ ད་ལྟོ་ཤིང་ཕུར་ ཨ་ནཱ་ལས་ མི་ཀྲར་གཅིག་ལྷག་ཙམ་ཅིག་བཅད་དེ་འབག་ཤོག་ཟེར་བཀའ་གནང་ནུག
    The lama was able to read their mind and told them to bring a wooden log of about one meter.

    དེ་ལས་ ཁོང་ཚུ་གིས་ བཅད་དེ་ བླ་མ་ལུ་ཕུལ་བའི་སྐབས་ལུ་ དེ་ལས་ ཨ་ནཱ་ལས་ གནས་ཁང་ལས་ ནུབ་ལུ་མདའ་ཚད་གཅིག་དེ་ཅིག་གི་ ས་ལུ་སོང་སྟེ་ ཏེ་ དེ་ལས་ བླ་མ་ཁོ་རང་ཡང་བྱོན་ཏེ་ ཡ་ ཁྱོད་ཚུ་གིས་ཨ་ནཱ་ཙོག་ཕུར་འདི་ས་ལུ་འདབ་ཟེར་གསུང་གནང་ནུག དེ་ལས་ ས་ལུ་འདབ་སྟེ་ འདབ་ཅིག་ཁོ་ཞབས། བླ་མ་གིས་ ཞབས་འདི་སྟེ་ དཀྱིལ་ཀྲུང་འབད་དེ་ ཕྱག་མཉམ་བཞག་ལུ་བཞུགས་ཏེ།
    About a length of archery range from the west of the neykhang, the lama ordered the men to put the wooden log into the soil. Then the lama sat in meditative posture.

    ཁོ་གིས་དབུགས་འདི་ མང་པོ་རིངམོ་འབད་ལེན་ཏེ་ ཨ་ནཱ་ལས་ཁོ་ ཡ་ ད་འབདན་ཨ་ནཱི་ ཙོག་ཕུར་འདི་འབལ་ཤིག་ཟེར་གསུང་ནུག དེ་ལས་ གསུང་ཞིནམ་ལས་ ཏེ་ ང་བཅས་ཀྱི་མི་ཚུ་གིས་ ཙོག་ཕུར་འདི་འབལ་བའི་སྐབས་ དེ་འཕྲོ་ལས་ ཆུ་འདི་ཨ་ནཱ་ལས་འཐོན་ནུག་ཟེར་ཞུ་ནི།
    The lama took a long breath and told them to bring the wooden log and put in the soil, where instantly the came out of the soil.

    ཏེ་ ད་ལྟོ་ཆུ་ཡོད་ས་ལུ་ མིང་ག་ཅི་སྨོ་ཟེར་བ་ཅིན་གྲུབ་ཆུ་ཟེར་ཞུ་ནི། དེ་ལས་ཧེ་མ་ ད་ལྟོ་ཨ་ནཱི་གི་གྲུབ་ཆུ་འདི་སྐམ་ཏེ་ལོ་ ༢ དེ་ཅིག་ལས་ལྷགཔ་མ་འགྱོ་ཟེར་ཞུ་ནི། ཏེ་ ཧེ་མ་འདི་ ཨ་ནཱ་ལུ་ཆུ་ ཨ་ནཱ་ལུ་ཆུ་ཡང་ གནམ་མེད་ས་མེད་སྦོམ། ཨ་ནཱ་གནས་ཁང་མཐའ་འཁོར་ལུ་སྡོད་མི་ག་ར་ ཆུ་འདི་ཨ་ནཱ་ལས་འཐུང་འོང་ཟེར་ཞུ་ནི།
    The name of the water was called drupchu but its two years since the water source dried out. The people around the surrounding area used to drink water from this source as the water was source was big enough.

    ཏེ་ དེ་འབདཝ་ད་ལུ་ ད་རེས་ནངས་པ་ ཏེ་ ཆུ་མེད་མི་གི་ ཆུ་འབད་དེ་ ག་དེ་སྦེ་འཐོན་ཡི་ཟེར་བ་ཅིན་ ཨ་ནཱི་ཐད་ཁར་ལྷོདཔ་ད་ལུ་ ང་བཅས་ཀྱི་ཁུངས་བསྐྱལ་ཏེ་ཞུ་མི་ཤེས་པས། དེ་ལས་ བླ་མ་གིས་ག་ཅི་གསུང་ནུག་ཟེར་བ་ཅིན་ ཨ་ནཱ་གནས་ཁང་ལུ་ ཆུ་མེད་མི་འདི་ ཁྱོད་ཚུ་ཚ་གྱང་མ་ལང་། ཏེ་ ཨ་ནཱ་ལུ་ ཡོན་ཆབ་འདི་ ཆུ་འདི་ཨ་ནཱི་གིས་ཕུལ་ནི་ཨིན། ཨ་ནཱ་ལས་ ཡོན་ཆབ་འདི་ ཨ་ནཱ་གིས་ ཕུལ་ནི་ཨིན་ཟེར་ བཀའ་གནང་ནུག
    Now the water source has dried out, people couldnot fine nad and narrate the causes of water source being dried out. The lama told the people not to worry of the water scarcity sine the water for offering would be stream out here.

    དེ་ལས་ ཨ་ནཱི་སྦེ་གནང་ཞིནམ་ལས་ བླ་མ་གིས་ ད་ ང་ནཱ་ལུ་རང་བཞུགས་ནི་ཨིན་ཟེར། ཏེ་ ད་ལྟོ་ ཁོ་བཞུགས་བཞུགསཔ་གིས་ མཚམས་ཁང་ཅིག་ཡང་བཟོ་སྟེ་གནང་ནུག ཏེ་ མཚམས་ཁང་ཟེར་རུང་ གནམ་མེད་ས་མེད་ ལེགས་ཤོམ་ཅིག་མེདཔ་ཨིན་པས། ཏེ་ རང་རོང་ཅིག་བཟོ་སྟེ་བཞུགས། ཏེ་ ཧ་ལམ་ཁོ་གིས་ ལོ་ ༤ དེ་ཅིག་ ཨ་ནཱ་ལུ་བཞུགས་བཞུགསཔ་ཨིན་པས་ཟེར་ཞུ་ནི།
    As the lama wished to stay here, the people build him a meditation house and lam lived there around four years

    དེ་ལས་ ཨ་ནཱ་ལས་ ཁོ་ལོ་ ༤ དེ་ཅིག་སོང་ཞིནམ་ལས་ ཡ་ ད་ ང་ནཱ་སྡོད་ནི་མེན་མས། ཕར་རྐང་པ་ར་སྟོད་ལུ་ གཅེན་ལ་ཟེར་ཅིག་ ཡོད་ཟེར་ནི་ཨིན་པས། ང་བཅས་ཀྱི་འདི་མ་མཇལ། ཏེ་ གཅེན་ལ་གི་གནས་སྒོ་འདི་ཡང་ཕྱེ་ནི་གིས་ ལུང་བསྟན་འདི་ཡང་ང་ལུ་ཡོད། ང་ ཕར་གིས་གནས་འདི་ གནས་སྒོ་ཕྱེ་བར་འགྱོ་ནི་ཟེར་ཏེ།
    After four years, the lama moved to the place called chenla at Kangpara. The people expressed of not yet seen the place chenla and the scared place there was was based by the same lama.

    ཨ་ནཱི་ཅིག་གསུང་ཞིནམ་ལས་ ཨ་ནཱི་མི་ག་ཏེ་ལུ་བྱོན་ཡི་ག་ མ་བྱོན་ག་རང་མ་ཤེས་པར་ ཡལ་ཡོདཔ་ཨིན་པས་ཟེར་ཞུ་ནི། ཏེ་ ད་ གནས་ཁང་གིས་སྐོར་ལས་ ང་གིས་ཞུ་ནི་ཟེར་རུང་ཨ་ནཱི་ཅིག་ཨིན་ཟེར་ཞུ་ནི། བཀྲིན་ཆེ།
    The lamas where about was not known after he expressed his wish to move to Chenla. That’s all.
