ང་གི་མིང་མོན་བྷ་དུར་པར་དན་ ང་བཅས་གཡུས་འདི་ཅར་རྒྱ་རི་ཨིན། ང་ན་རང་སྡོད་འབད་སྦོམ་ས་ཡང་ནང་རང་ཨིན་ད་ང་ནང་རང་རྒནཔ་འགྱོ་དོ། འདི་འབད་ནི་འདི་གི་ང་བཅས་ཅར་ག་རི་གཡུས་ཚན་འདི་གི་མིང་ག་དེ་འབད་འཐོབ་ཅི་ཟེར་བ་ཅིན་ང་བཅས་ཕམ་ཚུ་གི་སྐབས་ལས་རང་།

How our village is called or named as "Chargharay" is because it has been called as Chargharay since our forefather's time.

Earlier, there is a belief that there were four house in Chargharay. But now my grand father has five sons. From the five sons, the family members kept on increasing, thus there became five house hold.

ཅར་གར་རི་ཅར་ག་རི་ཟེར་སླབ་མི་འདི་ཧེ་མ་ཁྱིམ་དགུང་པ་བཞི་ལས་མེད་ནི་འདི་ཨིན་མས། ཏེ་དེ་ལས་ང་བཅས་ཨ་རྒས་ཀྱི་བུ་ལྔ་ཡོདཔ་ལས་ཁྱིམ་དགུང་ལྔ་འགྱོ་ཡོད། འདི་འབད་ནི་འདི་གི་ང་བཅས་མི་མངམ་འགྱོའི་རང་གཡུས་ཡང་སྦོམ་འགྱོ་ཡོད།

In Chargharay we have more Pradhans. Since there has been increase in the number of families, eventually the village has also become big, just like Bhawni Tar [Bhawni Tar is a village opposite to Chargharay.] It's called Bhawni Tar because most of the settlements are Brahmins and that's why it's called Bhawni Tar. And because there were only four houses, that's why it's called Chargharay.

ཏེ་ང་བཅས་ཅར་ག་རི་གཡུས་འདི་ནང་པར་དན་མི་ཁུང་མངས་ཡོད་ དེ་ལས་མི་མངམ་འགྱོའི་རང་གཡུས་ཡང་སྦོམ་འབད་འགྱོ་དོ། དེ་ལས་ཅར་ག་རི་བཱ་འབ་ནི་ཏར་ ཏེ་ཅར་ག་རི་ལུ་ཁྱིམ་དགུང་བཞི་ཡོད་ལས་ཅར་ག་རི་སླབ་ཨིན། དེ་ལས་བཱ་འབ་ནི་ཏར་འདི་ནང་ མི་ཁུང་བཱ་འབ་ན་སྡོད་ནི་འདི་གི་བཱ་འབ་ནི་ཏར་ཟེར་སླབ་ནུག

Though there is not much Brahmins and now there are more settlements of Pradhans. Now we have other cast people living here in Chargharay. The old people are also no more now. My name is Mon Bdr Pradhan. My father is 96 years old. He is still alive and there aren't much old people just like him.

དེ་འབདཝ་ད་ད་རེས་ནང་པ་འདི་བཱ་འབ་ན་འདི་མེད་ མི་མང་ཤོས་འདི་ང་བཅས་པར་དན་རང་ཡོད། ཏེ་ང་བཅས་མི་སླ་བསྲེ་འདི་ཡོདཔ་ཨིན་ མི་དབང་མངའ་བདག་རྒྱལ་པོའི་བཀའ་དྲིན་ལས་སྡོད་ཡོད། ང་བཅས་ཕམ་རྒས་ཤོས་ལ་ལོ་འདི་ཚེ་འདས་འགྱོ་ཡོད། ཏེ་ང་གི་མིང་འདི་མན་བ་དུར་ཨིན་ ང་གི་ཨཔ་འདི་ལོ་༩༦་ འགྱོ་ཡོད་ ཁོ་ལས་རྒས་ཤོས་འདི་མེདཔ་ཨིན། ཏེ་ང་བཅས་འ་ནི་འབད་རང་སྡོད་ཡོད།

Since I am not educated, we couldn't do more. We stay here in village and this is usually what we do here. Our brothers, sons and grandsons are growing and studying. Now I am 68 years old and we cann't work more. Our son's send us money and that's how we survive. Just like we looked after them when they were young and now it's there responsibility to look after us.

ད་ང་འདི་དཔེ་ཆ་ཡང་མ་ལྷབ་ འདི་འབད་ནི་འདི་གི་ སོ་ནམ་ཞིང་ལཱ་འབད་འདི་རང་བཟའ་ཡོད། ཏེ་ང་གི་བུ་དང་བུམོ་ཚ་བོ་འདི་ཚུ་འདི་དཔེ་ཆ་ལྷབ་དོ་ ད་ང་ཡང་ལོ་༦༨་ལྷོད་ཡོད། ད་ང་བཅས་ཡང་ལཱ་འབད་མི་ཚུགས་འབད་ ད་ཨ་ལོ་འདི་ཚུ་གི་རོགས་རམ་འབད་འདི་སྡོད་དོ། ཆུང་ཀུ་གང་ང་བཅས་ཀྱི་བསོའི་ད་ཁོང་གི་ང་བཅས་བསོ་དོ། ད་ང་བཅས་ཅར་ག་རི་གི་སྐོར་ལས་འ་ནི་འབད་ཨིན།
