The song Choe Nampa Gungsang Thoenpo is an old Boedra song, performed here by Wangchuk from Talo village, Punakha. The song is an emotional one, and recounts being overwhelmed while meeting someone for the first time. The song also utilizes metaphors of the clear sky and the sun, snowcapped mountains, the snow leopard, scenic meadows and a stag. Gratitude is expressed for the fleeting moment these elements happen to meet, although they are not expected to meet again for a long time, if ever.
