Nima Yezer from Mangzor village sings an aspiration to receive Dharma teachings that are beneficial for this life and the next. The lyrics say, a white cotton-clad yogi raises a flag to the gods in heaven, where Lord Indra and his retinue reside. He knocks three times on his door and is asked what he needs. He answers, “I, the cotton-clad yogi, need nothing but the Dharma, which is beneficial for this life and the next. In a similar manner, the song also talks about visiting the tsen spirits, or the mountain deity, and the nagas, or serpent spirits.
